'Sea Breeze' offers all the facilities and conveniences you need.

The villa is in a quite cul-de-sac location, set in its own grounds with private parking. It is located 500m from the nearest beach.

It has 2 bedrooms (with blaconies & en-suite) on the first floor and the 3rd bredroom is located on the ground floor. The kitchen is well equiped providing everything needed for a sefl catering holiday.

Inddor facilties consist of seperate WC/Shower Room,Batch and Hand Towels, TV, AC (with 2 hour timers), DVD player, Washing Machine, Hob Oven, Fridge Freezer, Microwave.

Equipment hire is also available (e.g. cots, high chairs)

The living area leads out to the sun terrace where you will find outdoor furniture to relax in (sun beds, patio furniture) and  the luxury of a private swiming pool and BBQ facilities also. A roof terrace is also available with outdoor furniture for your further relaxation whislt enjoying the sea view.

The Villa has easy access to the centre of Protaras only 10 minutes away.

Housekeeping services are provided once a week; more frequest visits can be made on request.

Nearly activities consit of the following; Villiage Taveras, Restaurants,Waterpark, Beach, Watersports, Supermarket, Coastal Walks, Coffee Shops, Bars, Fishing, Diving, Boating, Horse Riding, Tourist Shops.
